How do we place an order?
Once you have browsed our website you then proceed to our Shop Online tab on the upper left hand side of the home page. You can then choose the category of the product or you can search for the item in the Product Search tab on the right hand side. 
 
Once the item(s) have been selected you can click on Open Bag and view your items before Check Out. Should there be any changes to be made you can either Edit the quantity, Clear Bag, Continue Shopping or Check Out. 
 
Under the Shipping details page, your contact details are required. Please ensure that all details are added so that it is easy for orders to be delivered.  The delivery method is then to be selected as requested.
 
When on the Payment details page, you would need to select a form of payment. Should there be any comments or instructions that you would like us to be informed of, please feel free to add this in the Order Comments section. We will do our best to follow them. To finalize the order an Email address and Billing address is required, as all correspondence will be sent to your email. Please double-check all information for accuracy.
 
Once this is completed you can then review your order and make changes before you click Place Order. To submit the order you just need to click Place Order. Within a few minutes you will then receive an Order Acknowledgement indicating your Order number.
 
Should you not receive the order number, please kindly do let us know as it indicates that the order was not received in our system.
 
How do I know when my order is to be delivered?
A confirmation email will be sent out to you 1 business day prior to your scheduled delivery date. Our delivery times are split between morning delivery (9:30 AM to noon) or afternoon delivery (noon to 5 PM). Due to the traffic situation in Bangkok, it is difficult to give a shorter delivery time frame.
 
When will my order be delivered?
Fresh produce (veggies/fruits/dips) delivery will be delivered once a week on Wednesday only.  We receive a delivery from N & P Organic Farm to our shop only on Wednesday morning hence the fresh produce will go out on Wednesday afternoon along with any dip orders. All orders for fresh vegetables, fruits and dips must be submitted by Tuesday Noon for Wednesday delivery. 
 
Should you miss this deadline, orders can still be submitted but delivery will be by the following Wednesday. 
 
How come my order for fresh produce may not be delivered in full?
This is something not within our control as fresh items are indeed ordered by us but depending on availability and seasonality, not everything will be delivered to our shop on the day of delivery. We will then adjust the payment amount on the order and refund for any prepaid items upon delivery. 
*Please note that there are no back orders.
 
What if I don’t have any fresh produce in my order, do I need to order within the indicated cut off times?
Not at all! We can deliver your order within 1 business day upon receipt of your order, provided we have the items in stock.
 
Do I need to be home to receive the order?
Not necessarily, however, if the order is to be paid in cash, then payment in the exact amount needs to be left with a reliable source eg. Condo Office, , Nanny, Reception, or Security guard. Should there be no one home, and the Juristic office does not allow us to leave the delivery, then we will bring it back. The next delivery sent out to you will be charged an extra delivery amount. 
 
Should payment not be left, then a bank transfer needs to be done the very same day or the next day with proof of payment sent to us by email.
 
For all perishable items, prior arrangements need to be made to store them in a fridge/freezer. We will not be responsible for any items that have defrosted/spoilt kept out of the fridge while no one was home. 
 
How much are the delivery charges?
Our delivery fee ranges, as it is dependent on the vicinity that you are located in. Kindly see the areas that we deliver to. Should your location not be listed below, feel free to contact us for rates.

What if I want to cancel my order?
You can certainly cancel your order; however, advance notice of 2 business days is required.
 
Do you deliver outside of Bangkok?
Certainly!  However, this would only apply to non-perishable items. Shipping rates for up to 2 kgs order weight is THB 180 while order weight of up to 8kgs is THB 270. Additional THB 50 is added on top of THB 270 for deliveries to the Islands in Thailand (eg. Samui, Krabi, Phuket) via Kerry Courier Services. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days with the Islands being up to 3 business days. 
 
Payment is required in full prior to delivery. For any items that were not available but already paid for, a refund will be given in cash in a sealed envelope in the delivery box.

Is the produce organic?
Some products are organic and these are clearly labeled on the products page. 
 
Can you get different products than the ones you currently stock?

Do you eat your own products?
Of course, it’s fantastic produce that’s why we are providing it for everyone.
 
Do you have a retail store? 
We have a small and cosy warehouse/retail store located in Sukhumvit Soi 39. When you get off at Promphong BTS you can get a Subaru taxi/bike and tell them to go to Moobarn Prommitr. Or you can walk straight down the Soi and when you see Soi Prommitr on your right hand, you turn into that subsoi. You then go straight down until you reach the end of the subsoi. You then need to make a left turn right into Prommitr Villa itself. We are in the 2nd lane thereafter, and it is the 2nd house on the left hand side. Our Radiance banner is on the grills of the gate. We are open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. There is also limited parking within the vicinity of our store.

How do I edit my Profile on your website if my information has changed?
To edit your account details, please do the following steps:

1. http://www.radiancewholefoods.com/index.php/shop-online.html (Sign In if you haven’t already signed in)
2. Click the “Shop Online” button
3. On the right of “Hello, your_name”, click “Your Account”
4.In the “Settings” tab you will be able to modify: Name, Email, Password
5. In the “Orders” tab you will be able to see all the orders you’ve done
6. In the “Address Book” tab you will be able to see your addresses, and you will be able to Create, Edit or Delete your addresses
