Directions:

Body Bath – Add 10 to 12 tablespoons ( 250 gram) of magnesium flakes to warm, running bath water and soak for 20 – 30 minutes. (For Kids: add 4 to 6 tablespoons)

Foot Soak – Add 5 to 6 tablespoons (125 gram) of magnesium flakes with warm water in a foot bath and soak for 20 – 30 minutes. (For Kids: add 2 to 4 tablespoons)
