This GOLDEN GHEE is slow cooked over low heat until ALL milk solids have settled! The yield from butter is 20-30% less than most commercial ghee – which have residual milk solids, plus animal fats, vegetable oils, flavors etc added to increase the net weight (yield from butter). And so commercial ghee have a smell many don’t find appetizing, not a sweet gentle aroma and light texture like the GOLDEN AYURVEDIC GHEE by Dr. Arora!

Ghee is considered the best engine oil for the human body system, with absorption of 96%, according to Ayurveda. It’s lipid profile is primarily saturated fats, along with unsaturated fats and essential fatty acids vital for nourishing and protecting subtle brain and nervous tissues, as well as joints and connective tissues. It plays a positive role in synthesis of prostoglandins in the body.
