MAGICALLY MOIST ALMOND CAKE

3/4 cup Unsalted Butter

l cup Sugar

4 Eggs

1/2 cup Milk

1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 cups Bab’s Red Mill Almond Flour

1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour

1/4 tsp Salt

2 tsp Baking Powder


Preheat oven to 350 ํF. Grease a 9×3-inch cake pan.

Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add in

eggs, one at a time, and beat until fully blended. Add milk

and vanilla; mix until combined. In a separate bowl,

combine flours, salt and baking powder. Stir dry

ingredients into wet ingredients. Beat until creamy.

Spread batter in prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
