Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns
We will replace any products that are damaged during shipping, the damage must be reported within 7 days from time of shipping. We will also look at any defective product claims on a case by case basis, we have been in this business for a longtime and are very careful to keep our customers satisfied. Any products that need to be replaced will be at the cost of Radiance Whole Foods and based on a case by case basis. Restocking fee is free.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will process a full refund back to the original payment method. For credit and debit card, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement, depending on your card company. If you have selected direct bank transfer at checkout, please provide us with your bank account number . If you used PayPal, please provide us with your PayPal ID in order to receive the refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Cancellations
If you are not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind after putting in the order through our website, please let us know within 1-2 hours of your purchase. Please contact us at orders@radiancewholefoods.com to let us know that you would like to cancel your order and include your order number so that we can process your cancelation request. We will process a full refund back to the original payment method.
