How do I know when my order is to be delivered?
A confirmation email will be sent out to you within 1 business day prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Inner Bangkok – Our delivery times are split between morning delivery (10.00AM to 12:30PM) or afternoon delivery (12:30PM to 5 PM). Due to the traffic situation in Bangkok, it is difficult to give a shorter delivery time frame.

Outer Bangkok (by bike) – Our delivery times are split between morning delivery (10.00AM to 12:30PM) or afternoon delivery (12:30PM to 5 PM). Due to the traffic situation in Bangkok, it is difficult to give a shorter delivery time frame.

Outer Bangkok (your region/state) – This option only for non-fresh. We will delivery by Kerry or other courier service and expect delivery 1-3-day arrival.

Pick up from Shop– Please refer our confirmation email for pick up time or our staff will contact once receive

When is the fresh produce cut off time?

Fresh produce (veggies/fruits) delivery will be delivered on Monday- Saturday. Our fresh produce order cut off timings are as follows:

Monday- Saturday Order placed before 4pm. Delivery on next working day.

*Our shop closed on Sunday, any fresh produce order after 4pm Saturday will process on Monday and delivery on Tuesday.

When is your day off?
Sunday! We would love to spend our family day on Sunday. Work life balance.

Public Holiday of Thailand! There are several holidays in Thailand. Our shop will off on some major holiday only. Holiday announcement will post on the main page pop up banner. Stay tune and enjoy the holiday with your love.

How come my order for fresh produce may not be delivered in full or exact weight?
This is something not within our control as fresh items are indeed ordered by us but depending on availability and seasonality, not everything will be delivered to our shop on the day of delivery. We will then adjust the payment amount on the order and refund for any prepaid items upon delivery.

What if I don’t have any fresh produce in my order, do I need to order within the indicated cut off times?
Not at all! We can deliver your order within same day upon receipt of your order, provided we have the items in stock. 

Do I need to be home to receive the order?
Not necessarily, however, if the order is to be paid in cash, then payment in the exact amount needs to be left with a reliable source eg. Condo Office, Nanny, Reception or Security guard. Should there be no one home, and the Juristic office does not allow us to leave the delivery, then we will bring it back. The next delivery sent out to you will be charged an extra delivery amount. Should payment not be left, then a bank transfer needs to be done the very same day or the next day with proof of payment sent to us by email. For all perishable items, prior arrangements need to be made to store them in a fridge/freezer. We will not be responsible for any items that have defrosted/spoilt kept out of the fridge while no one was home

Do you deliver outside of Bangkok?
Certainly! However, this would only apply to non-perishable items. Shipping rates is THB 120. And for order above THB 1,500 you will get FREE shipping. Delivery is usually within 1-2 business days with the Islands being up to 3 business days. PO Box addresses will not be accepted. For any items that were not available but already paid for, a refund will be given in cash in a sealed envelope in the delivery box.

Outer Bangkok (Area that can Express delivery by bike) with charge THB 180 / trip Nichada, Don Mueang, Chatujak, Bang Sue, Laksi, Pattanakarn, Bangna, Prawet, Bang Khen, Sai Mai, Khan Na Yao, Min Buri, Lat Krabang, Nong Chok, Bang Phlat, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, Phasi Charoen, Taling Chan, Bang Khae, Nong Khaem, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian.
