Description
This product is based on the “pure cashew’cheese,but it also has a small percentage of canola oil and additional flavors in the mix.
After the flavors are mixed in the cashew-nut paste,each jar is pasteurized (80’C)
The final product is a mild flavored paste,easy to spread on bread or to use as condiment (mix it in a salad dressing or use it in vegan pasta sauce just to give some examples)
Due to the pasteurization process the live probiotics are not present anymore in this cheese spread.
Also,the acidity from the fermentation process is much milder in the spread.
This product is easy to approach for those totally new to this type of food or for those that find the fermented cheese flavor too intense.This product must be kept refrigerated at 2-4 degree Celsius,it has 1 month shelf life unopened,and 3-4 days once opened.
