Description

The flavored cheeses are still cashew-nut based and comes from the same process as the Pure Cashew vegan cheese.
They still have all the characteristics and health benefits of the pure cashew,including live probiotics,plus additional flavors.
For the flavors,we use Italian black truffle paste/chili sauce/mix of rosemary,oregano,and thyme (home dried).
For the smoked type,we smoke it in a cold smoker using apple wood scraps.
Once the vacuum is opened,we recommend keeping it in 3-4 days.
