Dates, Medjoul , 250g

Medjoul dates are the biggest and most beautiful dates grown.  Nearly twice as big as regular dates they are often referred to as “The King of Dates”.  They are rich in flavor, deliciuosly sweet and moist.  These dates are high in fiber, potassium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium and are sulphate free. They also have no added sugar and preservatives. Dates do not contain fat or chloesterol and morever, they are a great source of energy.
